Great ring AND easy resizing experience

My husband LOVES his ring but I ordered a half-size too big. He finally asked if there was a way for me to get a new one or get his resized. I reached out to Vansweden and got an email reply the same with easy directions for filling out the easiest form ever and mailing it to them. We just got the new ring in the mail (the type we have isn't resizable but they gave us a new ring at the correct size!). The whole process took two weeks - that's it!
