First off customer service was fabulous..I didn’t give it to my husband just yet but I know he’s going to love this and our wedding song with a twist engraved is my absolute favorite part...i even got a cute light up box so when he opens it the sapphires will sparkle:0)it has great weight to it and it’s just perfect

Not so good exchange experience

My husband loved the ring! However, it was not a good experience doing an exchange for a smaller size. Being that I had to pay an additional $30 for doing the same engraving and for the shipping. Very unfortunate that I just received the ring and yet still had to pay more out of pocket.

Very beautiful band

I bought this band for my spouse in Sept and had it inscribed. It’s very gorgeous in person and very well made, however it is now December and the metal surrounding the black sapphire has turned into a copper color which is unfortunate. Not sure if I would purchase again since the longevity is not the best. I will buy another one that may be authentic silver instead of metal so it lasts. Just wish it didn’t turn because I love it. However, the process was easy and the shipping was very quick!
