Ordering & Shipping

  • Most shipping information can be found here.
  • All rings include free expedited shipping in the USA.
  • Upgraded shipping can be added during checkout if you need your ring faster. This does not override any processing times.
  • Many of our rings ship in 1 business day. Others take between 2 days and 12 weeks to be completed. Each ring states the associated processing time in the bullet points below the price.
  • Engraving does not delay your order.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or major USA holidays.
  • We typically use FedEx or USPS to ship orders, but we reserve the right to use any carrier.
  • If you list a PO box as your shipping address, please also include a physical address for FedEx deliveries.
  • Fingerprint and/or handwriting rings take 2-3 business days to create after we receive your images.
  • Our rings ship from the United States.
  • Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to modify your order after it is placed.
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email. It may take 24 hours for the carrier to update the status once they receive the package.

Ring Sizing

  • Most, but not all, of our rings are comfort fit. Each ring states the fit type in the details below the price.

Exchanges

  • Most new and unworn rings can be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges must be requested via email or through our online request form.
  • Many, but not all, of our rings can be exchanged for life. Rings with lifetime resizing may be exchanged anytime regardless of wear.
  • Exchanges take about 2 weeks, but we can typically arrange expedited exchanges if needed. Let our team know if you need an expedited exchange when you send your request.
  • Engraving is not covered for new rings.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 14k gold rings have exchange fees.

Returns

  • Our main return policy is available here.
  • Returns must be requested via email or through our online request form.
  • Most new and unworn rings can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Engraving fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping upgrades (overnight shipping, international shipping) are non-refundable.
  • If you would like to order a few rings or a few sizes at once to try on, feel free to do so! We'll set up a return for anything you don't love.
  • Orders of 5 or more rings that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Our actual shipping costs may not be refundable in cases where multiple orders are placed and returned.

Warranty & Care
