I went off to Mexico for 3 months and found that the rings color faded when I went swimming. I wear all my rings all the time. They would send a reminder every now and then to tell me that they were still on it. Then I got the email stating that my new rings were on the way! I have received them and they are gorgeous and I am very happy! Most companies might have offered a refund or actually done nothing.
