Ordering

  • Most jewelry ships the same or next business day.
  • Some items are custom made. All processing times are listed in the bullet points below the price.
  • Engraving will not delay your order.
  • Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to modify your order after it is placed. Contact us if you need to request a change to an order that has not yet shipped.
  • Fingerprint and handwriting engraved rings take 3-5 business days to create after we receive your images.
  • Payment plans are available through Shop Pay. Select "Pay in installments" during checkout to view your offers.

Shipping

  • All jewelry includes free expedited 2-3 business day shipping in the USA.
  • Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Upgrades do not override processing times.
  • Most orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • If you list a PO box as a shipping address, please also include a physical address for FedEx and UPS deliveries.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Our jewelry ships from the United States.
  • Outer shipping packaging is discreet and doesn't indicate jewelry or gift contents.
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email. It may take 24 hours for the carrier to update the status once they receive the package.

Ring Sizing

Exchanges

  • New, unworn jewelry can be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
  • Exchanges must be requested via email or through our online request form.
  • Rings with lifetime size exchanges may be exchanged anytime regardless of wear.
  • Most exchanges take about 2 weeks. We can generally arrange expedited exchanges if needed.
  • Engraving fees apply for replacement and exchanged items.
  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Warranty and size exchange fees, including re-engraving fees, may apply.

Returns

  • Our return policy is available here.
  • Returns must be requested via email or through our online request form.
  • Most new and unworn rings can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Engraving fees are non-refundable.
  • Rings with engraving are refundable unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (overnight shipping, international shipping).
  • If you would like to order multiple rings or sizes at once to try on, feel free to do so. We'll set up a return for anything you don't love.
  • Returns of 5 or more items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Actual shipping costs of $9.99 per item are refundable for one item per household.
