You may return most new and unworn items for 30 days after receiving them. After that period, rings are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty details for your ring can be viewed on the specific ring page. Not all manufacturers cover their rings with a warranty. To request warranty work, contact us.
General details for size exchanges and warranty replacements:
- Engraving is not covered by the warranty and must be purchased for any replacement rings.
- Any and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Many of our rings cannot be repaired or resized like traditional metals. Rings sent for warranty work or size exchanges will almost always be completely replaced.
- Custom work is not covered by the warranty and replacement costs are the customer's responsibility.
Warranty details for international orders. Shipping fees for warranty claims or size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for any and all taxes or customs fees.
