- Orders typically ship in about 1 business day, with free FedEx 2-day shipping in the United States. If you ordered a custom ring like a fingerprint engraved ring, it may take 2-3 business days after we receive your fingerprints for your order to ship.
- For our 14k gold rings, creation times are posted on the product page that you ordered from. Your order will ship with 2-day shipping as soon as your brand new ring is ready.
- Our rings ship from the United States.
- We are closed on weekends and holidays. Your order will ship the business day after a weekend or holiday.
- Returns are easy! Just contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help. Most of our rings have a 30-day return policy.
