Probably one of the best purchase experiences ever! The customer support in getting a stamp pad sent to me and the turnaround time for delivery and overall responsiveness was pretty top-notch. love them, BUT...

everything looked as it should, order was timely for our anniversary, customer service has been great...i would have given it a 5 star rating but my wife's ring broke into 3 pieces in less than 2 weeks which makes me question some things...going through the replacement process now. i'll submit more later.
