Exchanges

Most new, unworn rings may be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days of purchase (14 days from delivery for made-to-order items). If you need to exchange an item, Contact Us and we'll be happy to help. Shipping fees for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Most new, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase (14 days from delivery for made-to-order items). We offer free USPS first class return shipping labels for USA orders upon request (limit one per household). 

If you need to return an item, Contact Us with your order number. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items. Items returned without authorization can not be processed. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items, but may take up to 14 days.

Rings that have been exchanged are not eligible for return. Expedited and international shipping fees are non-refundable. Engraving fees are non-refundable. Actual shipping fees of $9.99 are refundable for one ring or matching ring set per household.

Items returned with signs of wear will be refused or charged a 35% refurbishing fee. Final sale items are marked as such and are non-refundable. Cancelled orders over $800 are subject to a 3% cancellation processing fee. Most of our precious metal 14k gold rings ($1300 and up) are not returnable if they are engraved.
