Most of our rings are covered under our main shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty policies. However, rings from Jewelry Hawaii have their own policies. You can view their specific policies here:

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Standard USA shipping (3-5 business days) is free. If you need your order faster, you may choose upgraded delivery for United States orders via FedEx. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the carrier picks up the shipment.
Most of our rings will ship the same or next business day after you order, even if you choose engraving. Please note that some of our gold rings and dinosaur bone rings take 3-8 weeks to create, so please plan ahead. The lead time is noted on each product page. If no creation time is listed then the ring is ready to ship when you order.
We are able to ship most items internationally to Australia, the UK, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Denmark, and many other countries. All international shipments are sent via FedEx for $29.99 per order. Although this is typically a quick shipping service, we are not responsible for delays during customs or delivery delays. Please note that customs fees or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less our actual shipping and handling fees for the original purchase (typically less than $10 on USA orders). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that you must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.
Please note that custom rings are non-refundable, and any custom work fees will apply in case of a size exchange or warranty replacement ring.
Refunds. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Most rings may be exchanged for another style within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions. Please note that you must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.
Manufacturer's Defects. All of our rings are made to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship. If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will also be replaced under our warranty terms. To request warranty work, simply Contact Us. If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted. The warranty strictly covers the ring, not the inlay. Inlay damage is considered normal wear and tear. Please be aware that some inlays are exposed and could be more prone to damage. There is a fee to replace any lost or damaged stones. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch-proof.
Size Exchanges. Our rings are covered by a lifetime size change warranty. Our rings cannot be resized like traditional rings; if your finger size ever changes, we will replace your ring with a new ring. If you are ever in need of a size change please Contact Us with your order number. We will respond quickly with instructions. Please note that any engraving will need to be redone at the customer's expense.
General Warranty Details. Our rings are crafted from materials that cannot be resized or repaired. Rings sent for warranty work or size exchanges will almost always be completely replaced. Any engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customer's expense. Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. The warranty does not cover the cost of any new engraving, which will have to be redone on the new ring. We are not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees for replacement rings are your responsibility. Please note that there is a $45 warranty fee for gold rings after 45 days. Any third party alterations to our rings, except for engraving, will void the warranty.
Lowest Price Guarantee Policy
We guarantee the absolute lowest prices available anywhere! If you find one of our products available elsewhere for less, we will be happy to refund you 110% of the difference! If you haven't ordered yet we'll provide a discount code to you. If you have already ordered (within the last 30 days) we will refund the difference straight to your account.
To receive a price match, please contact us with your name, the product you would like to purchase, and a URL link to the competitor's product offering. In some instances we may require additional details.
Please note that the competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, and must be brand new (not refurbished). Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee). The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance or close-out items (since they are one-of-a-kind and priced according to their condition). The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the TOTAL cost to purchase and deliver the item, including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to products offered online via e-commerce websites. It does not apply to private party sales or products sold at "brick-and-mortar" stores. We reserve the right to refuse an order on which we would incur a loss. Furthermore, refunds are limited to the amount of gross profit we recognized on the sale (purchase price less our cost for the product).
