PERFECT customer service.

I ordered a ring on their site and to my surprise, it arrived 24 hours later, engraved (and I'm all the way on the east coast of Canada). Unfortunately, the ring was a little too large in size and a little too thick to my liking. Contacted them and they offered an exchange for no fee (except shipping and engraving). The return was simple and they even realized that they had charged me the shipping fee twice and refunded it without me even noticing.
